Camping at Anthropos is part of the festival, not an afterthought. Open fields for the sun, wooded shade for quieter nights, and the Anthropos Woods themselves for those who want to sleep surrounded by trees. Pitches are unmarked and first-come first-served within each area, so arrive in daylight if you can and your tent will find its place.
Two specific areas are worth knowing about. The Family Camping Area is a quieter zone reserved for families with children and anyone who needs lower noise overnight. good sleep is a welfare issue and we take it seriously. The Main Camping fields sit closer to the music and the central fire, and quieten down naturally as the night deepens.
Bring the camping basics. tent, sleeping bag, warm layers. plus a reusable water bottle, a torch, ear plugs if you need them, and the compost-toilet-compatible attitude we all share on site. Leave no trace is not a slogan here; it's a shared practice.
