ACCESSIBILITY
We are committed to providing an inclusive environment and will make reasonable adjustments wherever possible to support guests with access needs. The spa includes a wheelchair-accessible warm-water shower and a wheelchair-accessible/family changing room, located alongside the relaxation area. Our massage areas can make adjustments to accommodate individual requirements.
The Sauna and Hot Tubs are step-access only, with hand railings provided. Guests who are able to use the steps (up and down) either independently or withwith support will be able to use the Sauna and Hot Tubs.
If the festival has granted you carer access, your carer may accompany you into the spa area. Their entry will be linked to your access requirements. Carers must remain with the person they are supporting at all times.
If you have specific access needs and are unsure whether we can accommodate them, please contact us in advance so that we can discuss your requirements and do our best to support you.
By purchasing a Spa Pass or entering the Wellness Area, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions, and that you agree to follow them during your time in the Spa. If you are booking on behalf of others, you agree to communicate these terms to all individuals in your party.

Are there any age restrictions?
No. The Wellness Area is open to all ages, but children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Are towels and robes provided?
Towels and robes will be available to purchase on-site for those who haven’t brought their own—perfect if you’re travelling light!
